The set up is like no other bars in that area - I love the Havana feel and touches to the whole place Unlike most bars, CuBar opens from 12pm serving lunch all the way to dinner and late night drinks. I noticed this is not only a drinking place but also a place for anyone from all walks of life to come and enjoy some good food and drinks with great music and dancing Our spread that was:Nachos de Pollo (RM26)Crispy nachos topped with juicy chicken and zesty salsa.Tacos Combo (RM35)A trio combo (beef, chicken rendang & mutton varuval) of flavorful tacos filled with a variety of savory delights.Flautas de Carne (RM30)Crispy deep fried rolled tortillas stuffed with minced beef , quail egg, cheese, salsa and assorted vege.Pollo Asado (RM36)Juicy grilled boneless chicken which came with a side of plantain biscuit, mixed salad and interesting guava bbq sauce.King Prawn (RM48)Grilled to perfection, enjoy these plump prawn with a bed of black bean riceMargarita Cheesecake (RM20)Cheese cake served in a margarita glass. That night (Saturday) there was also free dance class for anyone who’d like to learn some basics so that you can hit the dance floor and show off your new moves Love the vibrant and casual atmosphere where every night feels like a fiesta!

Went for Valentine dinner with my better half, the ambience was perfect for me. It is cosy. And have that south american style. Food was good and cheaper than i thought would be. 100% recommended.

CuBar in Bangsar is an absolute gem for a night of flavorful food and vibrant energy. I had the pleasure of dining there last night, and the experience was fantastic. We indulged in gambas fritos, grilled fajitas, chicken paella, and churros. Each dish was well-prepared, bursting with bold flavors, and clearly made with care. The churros were a standout—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and uniquely served with cheese that perfectly complemented their sweetness. It was an unexpected twist that worked beautifully.Beyond the food, the ambiance truly set the tone for an enjoyable evening. The restaurant has a lively, welcoming vibe, and to top it off, there’s a dance floor for salsa enthusiasts. Good spot for delicious Tapas and place to chill. Family friendly restaurant offering Mouth watering Latin-American food selections and we Love the interior and Cuban vibe here. Service is excellent. Live band and salsa dance makes the atmosphere here so lively!

I recently visited Cu Bar and had a delightful experience. I ordered the quesadilla and nachos, and while the quesadilla was good, the nachos were absolutely amazing – a real standout! The place itself is very pretty and exudes a quaint, charming atmosphere with its Cuba-themed decor. It's a perfect spot for a relaxed, enjoyable meal. Highly recommended!

Had my dinner at Cubar bangsar . The food was absolutely delicious especially after a long day.We started of with the scrumptious rib eye steak grilled to perfection . The meatballs was so juicy and chewy , it was really nice to start of with a whole lots of proteins before we indulged on the other dishes .I really loved the grilled salmon , it was charred & juicy. To tantalise my taste buds I had bread pudding (omg so yummy !) & churros for desserts . So yummy !The food was absolutely satisfying and filling .To burn those calories there was even a salsa class hosted on the second floor of the building which includes cigar lounge and a nice mini bar with a Cuban touch.For those who wants to pickup salsa dance seriously they also provide weekly classes at the dance studio located on the third floor .It’s an amazing place for family and friends to gather. Such a great place to relax and unwind with welcoming services by the staff. The food was amazing, paella had fresh seafood and whiskey sour is a must try. Nachos were delicious too! Can't wait to come back for more!
